Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Maintain security, perform light cleaning, and inspect common areas.
- Assist with emergency procedures and coordinate with other teams.
