We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Manager to join our client, a well-established business in the food manufacturing industry, based in Bridge of Allan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on professional to take the lead in maintaining the highest hygiene standards in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 hygiene operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Actively work on the shop floor to oversee and support hygiene processes and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth and safe operations in line with food safety regulations.
• Ensure all hygiene schedules and audits are met, maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Background in UK food manufacturing is essential, with a strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a hygiene team.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to hygiene management, with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both hygiene and production teams.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, 5 days a week, fully on-site.
