Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer is seeking Production Team Member (Hygiene Operative) for our Kegworth Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role
Ideally you would have previous experience in a similar hygiene role for a manufacturing plant, however if not, full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Process Area Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
As a Hygiene Operative your main tasks and duties will be:
You will be paid an hourly rate of £11.44. Your shift pattern will be Monday to Friday 6.00am-14.00pm In addition, you will have 2x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.

Experience of working in a similar role and environment is advantageous but not essential.

- Maintenance of cleanliness and Good Manufacturing standards across your designated production phase, using appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Adherence to a daily and weekly cleaning schedule
- Support across other phases where required
