Hygiene Specialist – Field Based with company vehicle

Main Duties
Working on Christeyns Professional Hygiene customer sites daily.
Basic Servicing and Set Up of Hygiene Chemical Dosing Units (training can be provided).
Providing customers with first point of contact technical support for; Housekeeping, Catering & OPL usage in hygiene areas of their business.
Conducting safety awareness training around, COSHH, Product usage, substance handling and general management of laundry and hygiene consumables.
Completing customer Hygiene Audits for consumption, best practise, and ongoing training needs
Supporting the onboarding and training of new customers
Facilitating and supporting effective communication and account management between the customer and Christeyns management
Develop a close working relationship with the Christeyns Professional Hygiene sales team
Essential Criteria
Customer facing and consultative
Territory and route management
Experience of working with laundry and hygiene chemistry
Communication skills face to face and written
Consultative friendly approach to customers
Drafting and communicating reports
Technical knowledge and experience in the OPL and hygiene sector
Full Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
Ability to travel with overnight stays on a quarterly basis
Ability to use O365 apps software
Excellent time and diary management
Ability to priorities tasks against customer needs
Problem solving and solutions mindset
Ability to work independently and on own initiative
Desirable Criteria
Laundry and Hygiene industry installations and management
Laundry and Hygiene industry sales and account management
Field support/Multi site/regional working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
