Insurance Claims Handler

INSURANCE CLAIMS HANDLER
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Claims professionals to join our expanding team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for building a rapport with customers and managing their motor claim journey. The role consists of engaging with customers who are initially notifying of a loss along with following up on existing motor claim enquiries.
Start Date: Monday 21st October 2024
Salary: £12 per hour + Performance Bonus
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week!
Rotational Shift pattern Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm
Location: Remote Working
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inbound calls from our customers regarding their insurance – From customers notifying us of an insurance claim or to follow up on a previously opened claim.
  • Outbound follow up calls to third party suppliers as you work through various stages of a claim.
  • Small element of Backoffice claims process.
  • Identifying, Log & manage Customer complaints.
  • Achieve and exceed Quality, Productivity & Customer Satisfaction.
  • Accurately inputting data and logging Claims.
  • Follow our system and regulatory scripting to achieve quality and compliance targets.
  • Using dual screen and multiple systems to fully service customer’s claims.
Role Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an Insurance/Claims role preferably in a customer centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Basic knowledge of road Safety/Highway code
  • Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
