OUTBOUND SALES ADVISOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting customers, and closing sales through outbound calls. Working on behalf of our Appliance Care Insurance client your role will be driving sales volumes via cross sell calls by matching our products and services to our customers’ needs.
Start Date: 14th October 2024
Salary: Starting at £23,445 + favourable Uncapped Bonus Potential
- Our current Top Performers are earning over £12,000 bonus per year on average!
- Typical average bonus earnings are between £358 - £558 per month.
Rotational Shift pattern working between Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 19.00, & Friday 09.00 - 15.00 - 1 in 4 Saturdays working 09.00 - 15.30.(if working Saturday will be off Friday)
Training:
- Week 1-2: 9am - 5pm (Teams Classroom based & Blended Soft Live)
- Week 3 +: Set Day Shift: Monday – Thursday between 9am – 7pm & Friday/Saturday 9am – 3pm!
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads.
- Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively pitch our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for success.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge through training and self-development.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a customer centric environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
- Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
