Simple Pharma is building the first end-to-end distribution and compliance services company for pharma product owners. Our Distribute and Comply services allow intellectual property owners to focus on their products without needing to build or maintain pharma backbone capabilities. We pick up from manufacturers and deliver to wholesalers and pharmacies, taking care of everything else in between to keep products in supply. We hold marketing authorisations and comply with all regulatory requirements to maintain the highest possible standard of quality and patient safety. And we do this across Europe with the aspiration to expand globally.
Founded in 2019, we have scaled our operations to manage close to 100,000 units per month and 60 marketing authorisations across 25 countries. Our diverse and combined team has more than 30 people across 7 countries, speaking more than 10 languages. We are EBITDA profitable, growing, and are participating in a market that is ripe for new thinking.

The role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to oversee the day-to-day technology needs of our office and provide on-site and off-site assistance. The expected time commitment is approximately two days per week, including one day on-site and the remaining time dedicated to remote assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and providing responsive technical support.
What you will be doing ️
1. General IT Management
Oversee the IT operations, ensuring all technology systems and services run smoothly. Manage IT infrastructure, keep software and systems up to date, and address any technical needs within the organisation. Handle user rights and permissions management to ensure proper access controls across systems.
2. Office 365 Tenant Management
Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including advanced device management and user setups. Oversee Intune device management, ensuring seamless integration and security for all company devices. Manage Share Point to ensure efficient file sharing and collaboration. Ensure the smooth operation and security of the organisation's Office 365 ecosystem
3. Troubleshooting Hardware & Software
Provide support for hardware and software issues through phone, Teams, or remote desktop during the week. Offer onsite assistance once a week to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
4. Repairs and Service Management
Handle basic equipment repairs, coordinate warranty services, and manage service requests with manufacturers to minimise downtime and ensure business continuity.
5. Hardware Procurement & Setup
Procure, configure, and set up new hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Ensure smooth onboarding and functionality of all newly deployed equipment, with appropriate device management through Intune.
6. Networking & Connectivity
Set up and maintain the office network, including Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting. Ensure network security and continuous uptime to support business operations.
7. Single-sign-on (SSO) Setup
Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) systems to streamline user authentication across platforms, ensuring a secure and user-friendly login experience.

Requirements
Who You Are and What You Bring
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365, including user management, device setup, and advanced security configurations.
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Share Point, and Teams administration.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining office networks, including Wi-Fi routers and switches.
- Capable of handling multiple requests and tasks simultaneously while prioritising urgent issues.
- Flexibility to provide assistance both remotely and onsite as needed.
