Are you a leadership trainer with the ambition and ability to inspire the future captains of industry? If your passion for leadership shines brightly and your coaching style is dynamic and engaging then we want you to join as our client as their next Management and Leadership Assessor, where you will help ordinary leaders evolve into legends. You will deliver a combination of Operational Department Management L5 and Team Leader L3. You will also act as a focal point regarding the benefits of Corporate responsibility and Sustainability.
The important bits.
As a Leadership and Management Assessor, you'll be at the forefront of their learner journey delivering management and leadership qualifications. You will manage a caseload of Apprentices and support them with their apprenticeship qualifications. You will inspire and guide your learners, fostering an environment of continuous growth.
You will arrange monthly assessment and training sessions with each learner, supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve. You will have a clear set of targets and manage your own diary to ensure you achieve your goals.
What makes a great candidate?
You will need to have a passion for training and a knowledge of the apprenticeship framework. You will be a great problem solver, be professional, approachable, enthusiastic and confident. Experience of stand and deliver training will be a bonus but it’s not essential as training and support will be provided.
You will need to hold the relevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification and have a strong occupational back ground in Leadership and Management, ideally with a level 5 qualification. Would be amazing if you have experience in Corporate responsibility and Sustainability, from either a delivery or competency basis.
