Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating face-to-face marketing activities, managing in-person events, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You’ll be responsible for supporting campaigns, organizing events, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating face-to-face marketing activities, managing in-person events, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional channels.
- Coordinate and attend in-person events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, acting as a key point of contact for face-to-face interactions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Conduct on-site market research, gathering insights from in-person interactions and competitor activities.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and events stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face role with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work on-site and attend in-person events as required.
