We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Proposals Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives and proposal development processes.
Job Overview:
The Marketing & Proposals Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the bids processes, and enhancing our brand presence in the construction industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
• Lead the bid development process from start to finish, including RFP analysis, bid writing, editing, and submission.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and compelling bid content.
• Develop bid templates, standard content, and ensure adherence to company brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in marketing and bid management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction industry trends, terminology, and processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,353.79-£48,415.63 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (preferred)
• Marketing/ Proposals: 3 years (preferred)
