Are you a dedicated and experienced Maths Lead, who can inspire and deliver the very best learning opportunities for our students? We are looking for someone who can provide strategic leadership for the development and management of Maths at our Havering and Thurrock academies. Our ideal candidate would be an experienced leader who wants to develop their practice engaging KS3 and KS4 children in more dynamic learning and have the ability to work effectively across two sites. You will need to demonstrate the highest quality of teaching, learning and assessment, inspiring our students and sharing your passion for learning

Olive Academies is a multi-academy trust with three alternative provision academies and an outreach service in London and east of England. We work with pupils who are at risk of exclusion, those who have been permanently excluded from scholl and those who have medical needs. Our aim is to transform the lives of children and young people for whom traditional teaching methods have not worked. We help our pupils to develop their confidence, gain skills and reach their potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Olive AP Academy – Havering provides a broad curriculum to a diverse group of young people. We cater for up to 64 young people and children, aged between 11 and 16, who have experienced difficulty in learning for a variety of reasons. The academy also offers an intervention programme specifically for those young people at risk of permanent exclusion from their mainstream school.
Our academies are based in Hornchurch in Havering, Tilbury in Thurrock and Stowmarket in Suffolk.
