Pinnacle Group are looking for a reliable Mobile Caretaker to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained and secure. You will be joining our maintenance teams based in London. Your responsibilities will include covering six sites across London and performing scheduled and reactive maintenance, managing repairs, ensuring security protocols are followed, and keeping the premises clean and orderly. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Who we’re looking for

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plumbing: Fixing leaks, replacing taps, unclogging drains
• Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, installing sockets, troubleshooting electrical issues
• Carpentry: Repairing doors, installing shelves, building furniture
• Painting and Decorating: Painting walls, patching holes, wallpapering
• General Maintenance: Fixing locks, repairing fences, assembling flat-pack furniture

Key requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle (fuel to be paid for).
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or electrics.
• Flexible and able to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
