Operations Analyst - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 3 months contract - Hybrid - PAYE
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Operations Analyst to join JP Morgan's EMEA Account Solutions team on an initial 3 months contract in Bournemouth.
This role is pivotal in supporting product management in driving the strategic direction of Account Solutions and assessing tax-related requirements. The successful candidate will conduct analysis of operating models, including client data and documentation, across the EMEA region, in order to support a global program of work.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large data set and utilise data visualisation tools to identify gaps in key attributes
• Identify tasks required and create project plan
• Work with Operations, Sales, and Service teams to communicate change and maintain a feedback loop
• Manage actions to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
• Support product management with cross-location operating model analysis

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in project/program management or equivalent roles is preferred
• Experience in working with large data sets, visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx) -advantageous
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables / macros)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Banking knowledge, preferably with experience in Treasury Services and Liquidity Solutions, is an advantage but not a requirement.

*Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days office based and up to 2 days wfh*

Pay: £150.00-£175.00 per day
Schedule:

• No weekends
