Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple care homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, delivering high-quality care, and driving the achievement of financial and business goals. You will play a key role in providing leadership, support, and mentoring to your teams, aligning operations with our company’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure care homes are compliant with all regulatory and industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional care and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high standards of care and performance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager or Operations Director to meet financial and business objectives.
- Analyse data and make informed decisions to enhance business performance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and regulatory bodies.
- Promote best practices in elderly care and environmental safety.
- Work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial management and compliance in the care sector.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of quality care practices for elderly residents.
- Full UK driving license required.
- NMC registered nurse preferred, but not essential.
