A new exciting position as an Order Processor Clerk to work out of our Head Office in Truro has arisen.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders and undertaking administration tasks. As the Order Processor Clerk, you will process orders received from the Salesforce and Customers using the order entry ordering system. A customer centric approach will be adopted to complaint resolutions and feedback, ensuring all the relevant information is gathered and communicated effectively.
· To ensure all order and sample requests are 100% accurate and processed with the set target deadlines
· Keeping customers informed of any discrepancies
· Coordinating delivery of customer orders as required
· To adopt a ‘one team’ approach to all work activity, building strong and collaborative relationships
· Tasks include telephone liaison with suppliers and sales representatives, taking and processing orders, ordering Tech Packs, invoice preparation and general administration, working closely with the Accounts department
· The success candidate will be professional, accurate, enthusiastic and self-driven
What You Will Do
· Processing orders and placing orders with our suppliers
o Process orders via Monday.com
o Direct Consumer orders
o Processing returns
· Answer order entry helpline, take order s and handle enquiries
· Maintain Monday.com with order timeline from start to finish
· Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and programmes provided
· Answer & respond to queries & requests
· Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipments and product availability plus payments
· You will maintain effective relationships with the customer and the team to ensure excellent customer service is achieved
· You will help with introducing, implementing and supporting innovative ideas, changes and solutions
Experience and Qualifications
· Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for details
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative
· A strong ‘Can Do’ Attitude
· Ability to manage and succeed in a very demanding environment
· Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a busy periods
· Strong Data entry abilities

Salary
£24,000.00 per year
