An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outreach Manager at Smile Together Dental CIC.
Reporting to our Commercial Manager, this position will suit someone with a passion for community engagement and a proven track record in outreach or program management.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Developing and implementing outreach strategies to expand our services.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
· Overseeing the planning and execution of outreach events, ensuring they are impactful and efficient.
· Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, providing training and support to foster their success.
· Managing budgets and securing additional funding to enhance our programs.
