The Role: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Paid Media Expert who’s fluent in the art of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok advertising. What You’ll Do:

• Craft, manage, and optimise high-converting paid media campaigns on Meta and Tik Tok to crush client goals.
• Develop bold, data-driven ad strategies that push boundaries and elevate ROI.
• Implement next-level prospecting and retargeting techniques that deliver exceptional results.
• Stay plugged into the latest platform updates, trends, and new features, keeping campaigns fresh and impactful.
• Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to design visually stunning, scroll-stopping ad assets.
• Dive deep into campaign performance metrics, translating data into powerful insights and recommendations.
• Manage hefty budgets with precision, ensuring every pound spent delivers maximum value.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align on vision and execute flawlessly.
• Lead A/B testing like a pro, constantly refining copy, creative, and targeting to optimize performance.
• Keep a sharp eye on the competition and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Who You Are:

• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a laser focus on Meta and Tik Tok.
• You've mastered managing six-figure budgets and consistently delivering insane ROI.
• Your expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads is second to none, from targeting to bidding strategies to ad formats.
• Analytical by nature, you leverage data to supercharge campaign optimizations.
• You’re a pro at A/B testing and thrive in a performance-driven, results-oriented environment.
• Collaboration is your middle name – you communicate effectively with both teams and clients.
• Fast-paced environments are your playground, and multitasking is your superpower.
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience with other platforms like Google Ads, You Tube, or Snapchat!
