Why this job is important
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Corporate M&A Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will primarily support the M&A and corporate functions, with additional support to the employment legal team during less busy periods. What you’ll be doing
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate governance matters.
- Provide transactional support on corporate projects, manage electronic data rooms/sites, and handle documentation.
- Coordinate legal documentation and Share Point updates.
- Support due diligence exercises and liaise with clients and third parties.
- Assist with invoicing and managing external legal spend in collaboration with the finance team.
- Review and mark up NDAs and other legal documents as the need arises.
The skills & experience needed as a Paralegal Corporate M&A
- A law degree and seasoned paralegal experience.
- Crucial experience in M&A work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and a attention to detail.
