• Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate governance matters.
• Provide transactional support on corporate projects, manage electronic data rooms/sites, and handle documentation.
• Coordinate legal documentation and Share Point updates.
• Support due diligence exercises and liaise with clients and third parties.
• Assist with invoicing and managing external legal spend in collaboration with the finance team.
• Review and mark up NDAs and other legal documents as the need arises.

• A law degree and seasoned paralegal experience.
• Crucial experience in M&A work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills and a attention to detail.
