We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our existing team on a part time, permanent basis.
Main points:
· Monday – Friday working week.
· 9am – 2pm or 9.30am - 2.30pm working hours.
· Permanent role.
· Based at our Head Office in Leicester (Hybrid opportunities available).
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales Team in fulfilling customers’ requirements
• Provide the operational link between the Sales Team and the Customer
• Manage the day to day customer order process
• Manage the Customer Feedback Process; engaging with other departments if required
• Providing organisation to ensure delivery efficiencies
• Accurately take and process customer orders via telephone and email
• Accurately process customer orders via the website
• Handling and processing of customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Support customer queries regarding pricing
• Managing of back – order reports on a regular basis, ensuring customers are kept up to date
• Accurately offer product alternatives
• Dispatching of Sales Orders via the Sage system
• Organisation of email inboxes, ensuring they are categorised and up to date
• Investigate and correct disputed customer invoices

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
