We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant who can provide support within our busy finance department. Key responsibilities will include managing the full purchase invoice cycle, processing supplier payments and preparing and distributing school fee invoices.
The role would suit an organised and flexible individual with a strong financial background and excellent communication skills. Experience within a school environment is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with accounting software essential.
This is an all year round role working 3 days per week.
Qualifications
AAT Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) desirable
GCSE Maths (or equivalent) essential
