We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join 21 Newcastle on the heart of the quayside
The Candidate
Must have:
Working alongside our Head Pastry Chef Helen Doyle and Pastry/Bakery Sous Chef Stefan Milligan you will be running a busy section within an established team of chefs. The position comes with fantastic progression opportunities within 21 Hospitality.

- To be successful for the role of Pastry Chef you will have:
- Experience of working as a Pastry Chef using fresh ingredients and producing high quality patisserie and bakery items in a similar kitchen environment
- Confident, creative and passionate about good food served well.
- Knowledge of classic Patisserie cooking techniques
- The ability to work well within a team, be hard working and have a positive work ethic
- Trained to Level 2/3 in a Patisserie or Professional Cookery qualification or have relative experience.
- The ability to consistently meet customer expectations
- A sound understanding of good food hygiene practices
- An excellent command of the English language and a confident communicator
