We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and marketing, with a keen ability to analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. This role requires proficiency in social media management, SEO, and email marketing, as well as experience with B2B marketing initiatives. The Performance Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across various platforms.
Duties

• Develop and execute performance strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee social media management, crafting engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Conduct SEO analysis to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms.
• Create compelling copy for various channels, including websites, emails, and promotional materials.
• Implement email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and increasing conversions.
• Analyse data from marketing campaigns to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the company website using Word Press, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a marketing context.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with IT systems relevant to marketing operations.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content.
• Experience in email marketing strategies and execution.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in using Word Press for website management.
