As a Planning and Allocations Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimising our operations and ensuring the efficient transportation of patients. You will be responsible for managing resources, improving service delivery, and contributing to our overall success.
The Role:

• Service Excellence: Maintain a sub-6% service KPI level through efficient team management and process optimization.
• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Operations Manager to enhance the accuracy of our auto-allocation and planning technology.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve service issues, working closely with the Operations Manager to implement solutions.
• Driver Retention: Promote a positive work environment and implement fair earning practices to retain Driver Companions.
• Customer Service: Address patient, partner, and Driver Companion queries via telephone, our software, and email.
• Effective Communication: Minimize communication breakdowns and ensure clear information sharing within the team.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to service delivery and escalate issues to Team Leaders and the Operations Manager for timely resolution.
