We are currently seeking an experienced Print Estimator/Production Planner to bolster our busy production department.
This person will hold overall responsibility within the department for accurately estimating costs and assisting to plan production of luxury print projects. The Role

• Create accurate and detailed estimates for bespoke project work for new and existing clients
• Analyse project specs, artwork visuals and other supporting documents to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Raise the job bags and work closely with production to go through the intricacies of the work prior to scheduling
• Review and analyse historical data and market trends to ensure a competitive and accurate price
• Liaise with internal departments such as production, client services and design teams to align production capacity with project demands
• Maintain excellent communication internally and with suppliers, conducting quality checks during production
• Process and complete jobs in line with client requirements and company procedures
• Monitor project timelines and ensure they meet agreed deadlines.

The Candidate

• Previous experience as an estimator within a print environment, knowledge of pricing bespoke luxury projects is highly advantageous
• Understanding of print production processes, materials, and techniques
• A great commercial acumen, numerical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a pro-active and solution driven mindset
• Willingness to work on site each day
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 based on experience.
