Purpose of role
n Shift is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing and dynamic team.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings by spearheading marketing efforts that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. This cross-functional role requires a deep understanding of the market landscape, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills.

Overall responsibility
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and growth for our innovative software solutions.
As a strategic thinker and collaborative team player, you will work hand-in-hand with product management, sales, and the broader marketing organization to ensure the successful development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Together with our dedicated teams, you will ensure n Shift is the vendor of choice, driving adoption and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
The area of responsibility includes:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management and marketing to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain an in-depth understanding of buyer personas, use cases, battle cards and competitor landscapes to develop effective product positioning that aligns with customer needs.
  • Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for n Shift solutions to ensure they resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop sales tools, collateral, and content (blogs, e-books, webinars) that enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of n Shift solutions to potential customers.
  • Continuously track performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and feature release cycles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a Saa S company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced cross-functional team, synergizing with other departments such as sales, product, and engineering.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Hub Spot and Salesforce.
