G3 Systems operates in the UK and overseas providing government, commercial and international clients with a wide range of facilities, services and solutions. Our expertise lies in the design and delivery of innovative capability solutions, focusing on deployable containerised solutions. We are looking for a Production Technician to join our integration facility.
Task Descriptions:

• Completing of production tasks as directed by the Production Manager
• Identification of material required to achieve production tasks.
• Monitoring build quality, reporting of production snags in accordance with G3 process
• Assist with continuous improvements to facility operations to increase efficiencies
• Comply with G3 Systems IMS operating procedures
• Upkeep of project route cards during production
• Carry out other tasks within ability and competence as directed
• To conduct local Health & Safety Risk assessments.
• Work in a safe manner to ensure the safety of self and of others
• Keeping facility and work areas tidy as part of normal daily work activity
• To ensure safe use of COSHH items
• Upkeep of tooling and integration facility equipment
• Required to travel in UK and Overseas on G3 Systems company business.
• Carry out other tasks within his/her ability and competence as directed.

Qualifications Required:

• Relevant trade qualified with appropriate experience, City & Guilds Pt 1 & 2 or equivalent preferred.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a production / engineering environment.
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to use hand, mains, and battery-operated tools competently.
• Must be able to follow instructions clearly and work safely.
• Basic IT skills

This role requires Security Clearance.
