Project Manager
Location – Cheltenham (Central)
Noriker Power specialise in agile power systems vital for grid stability and flexible energy solutions. Our focus on innovation and sustainability has made us a key player in the industry. With over 300MW of advanced battery and hybrid facilities and thanks to our partnership with Equinor, who are investing billions into the energy transition, we’re accelerating the development of even larger grid-scale battery storage projects and shaping the future of a renewable grid.
Who are you?
You are degree educated in a STEM subject, and have worked in an engineering environment previously, ideally in the battery storage or energy sector. Being a self-motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager you truly value continual professional development. With strong values, you will be excited to contribute to the fight against climate change.
On top of this you will have

Excellent communication skills, working with colleagues at all levels of seniority
A strong sense of personal responsibility and take pride in a job well done
Strong understanding of the UK regulatory and HSE regulations and compliance framework
The ability to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously, and prioritise tasks accordingly
Strong skills in handling large budgets, and making defensible budgetary decisions
Most importantly you believe that great outcomes are the inevitable outcome of collective hard work.

What will you be doing?

Taking responsibility for Battery Energy Storage System projects end to end, planning, designing, and implementing relevant projects
Developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders built on trust and mutual benefit
Identifying issues across technical, commercial, and programme areas, also being instrumental in the development of resolutions
Assisting in designing and implementing strong feedback loops into project design, safety processes, and monitoring and controls systems.
Sharing your knowledge with the wider team to ensure best practice is shared
