Role Purpose:
Pure Innovations offer a wide variety of exciting, project-based activities throughout Greater Manchester, designed to build skills and boost confidence.
Pure support prepares people to live more independently by teaching new skills, such as baking and food preparation, that will enable them to achieve their personal goals.
The main purpose of the role of Quality Coordinator is to put our client’s voice at a centre of everything we do. They will proactively gather feedback based on a robust and structured process and use that feedback to improve the services we offer to clients.
They will work alongside other managers in Pure Support to ensure the quality of the service meets and exceeds the expectations of clients, carers and parents. They will also lead the clients’ board and make sure we meet the standards as required for internal and external quality assurance inspections.

- Proactively gather feedback from all clients of Pure Support, using variety of communication strategies and based on a robust and structured process.
- Listening to client’s ideas to design services around their needs, choices and aspirations.
- Use feedback gathered to create session plans and/or objectives for the projects and activities we offer. The session plans should be engaging and inclusive allowing adaptations to meet individual needs.
- Report on the feedback gathered and make suggestions for improvement to Pure Support Management team.
- To create and lead client’s board.
- To support staff in the delivery of the sessions offering, feedback, guidance and identifying solutions to any issues that may arise.
- To monitor the quality of sessions delivery using our internal paperwork.
- To create and maintain a database which allows session audits to be planned in a timely manner, to liaise with other staff who carry out session audits
- To support the manager in preparing for external audits
- To be involved in internal audits of Pure Support and help us to adhere to frameworks such as driving up quality
- Find creative ways of getting feedback from users of the service, their parents and carers
- Responsibility for embedding best practise around safeguarding across Pure Innovations.
- To travel to and work from any site that the duties of the job may require.
- To support the organisation’s commitment to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of the work undertaken.
- Ensure data is stored and disposed of in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the requirements of GDPR.
- Ensure client confidentially is maintained at all times.
- As a remote worker you will be expected to transport a laptop to a variety of premises. This may involve lifting the equipment into and out of a car or public transport and/or carrying it around.
- Uphold, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures identified by Pure Innovations Ltd.
