We have a new opportunity for a Recruiter to join our People team based at our central support office in Poole.
As a recruiter, you will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for potential candidates across the business. Your objective will be to give all potential employees a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated person who thrives on offering a people first approach. You will be responsible for promoting and advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, conducting first interviews and recommending suitable candidates to the hiring manager. In this new role you will be empowered to design and implement the strategy and processes to achieve our objectives.
We are looking for someone who;

• Has a passion for recruitment, and delivering a great experience for the candidate, whatever the outcome
• Experience of recruiting all levels of team, including proactive recruitment and use of a variety of platforms
• Experience in building recruitment processes
• Enjoys getting to know people
• A can do attitude, roll up your sleeves and get the job done

As this is a brand-new role, there is a huge opportunity to deliver on your vision and see the results of your work.
This is a part time role, working approximately 24-30 hours per week.
