We are recruiting for a Regional Manager / RI to join a growing organisation, that provides expert residential childcare for children and young people across the North East area.
Job Details:
- Regional Manager / Responsible Individual
- Children's residential care homes, OFSTED regulated services
- Managing 4 open homes, based in Gateshead, Sunderland, and Bishop Auckland
- 2 homes are currently open, 2 homes are currently unregistered
- 2 homes are for children with EBD and 2 homes are for children with LD
- Line manage all registered managers
- Hold RI responsibility with OFSTEd
- Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
- Lead on opening on new services, implementing company policies and procedures
- Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary up to £60,000 + bonuses
- Driving licence
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Ideally experience as either an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager or RI
- Would consider a Registered Manager with 2 years + experience looking for the next step
