Job Details:

• Children's Home Manager
• Managing a children's residential care home
• Ensure the service is safe and effective in providing therapeutic outcomes for children and young people
• Managing a new children's home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Recruit and manage the staff team, ensuring all children are safe and supported at all times
• Manage safeguarding concerns
• Manage budgets
• Hold OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring the home is meeting its statement of purpose
• Work with RI to develop and improve home where needed
• East Midlands based

Pay:

• £45,000 - £60,000

Requirements:

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience within an OFSTED regulated service
• NVQ level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
• Driving licence
