Sales Support Administrator

Atlas Copco has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual with a passion
for delivering the highest levels of customer excellence.
As a key member of the Industrial Air team, the Sales Support Administrator plays an essential role in
ensuring that Atlas Copco remain First in Mind, First in Choice to our customers. You will report to the
Sales Support Team Manager.

The Role:

• Provide direct support for defined internal and external customers, throughout their complete buying process, including proactively monitoring open sales orders, identifying issues, and providing resolutions.
• Action customer tasks, prioritise and follow through the complete order to cash cycle (Ot C)
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email acknowledging customer requests and taking appropriate actions.
• Work in partnership with colleagues to expedite customer orders on time and provide a seamless and professional service to our customers.
• To investigate any problems and take appropriate action including arranging the return of faulty or damaged items and the arranging of credit notes and/or handling of damage claims.
• To regularly liaise with the Team Manager to highlight and resolve any potential problems.
• To assist in customer queries regarding Shop Online or its equivalent.
• To fully adopt Process improvement packages within Ot C to achieve business targets.
• To follow up daily reporting tools.
• To respond to requests for quotations for standard parts equipment, to include part numbers, dimensions, and weights, as well as costs (including discount) and carriage.
• To undertake ad hoc project work as required.

To succeed, you will need:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is required.
• Experience of using SAP would be an advantage but training will be provided.
• Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, questioning and challenging the unknown.
• Be self-aware, follow best practice and full adoption of process improvements.
• Demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding and acting on customer needs and expectations.
• Managing your work to ensure that customer requests are prioritized and concluded in a timely manner.
