What you’ll be doing

• Market Positioning: Strengthening the company's market position by forming and nurturing strategic alliances with leading AI and hyperscaler companies.

• Partnership Performance: Maintaining high standards of delivery excellence in partnership operations. Continuously improving performance of Strada (coding and development) partnerships through proactive management and support.
• Competitive Positioning: Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market and competitive analysis, helping to refine the company’s strategic direction while ensuring that all partnership activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience you'll have

• Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
• Performance Metrics: Expertise in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of data and AI initiatives.
• Operational Awareness: Strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial Awareness: Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Goal Alignment: Ability to align partnership goals with business objectives and ensure payment structures support delivery outcomes.
