Senior Support Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents in line with their needs
- Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort
- Supervise and lead a team of support staff, delegating tasks effectively
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive the delivery of high-quality care services within the care home
- Assist in senior care activities as required
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and reporting
- Experience in creating and implementing care plans
- Previous work experience in a care home environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.10-£15.10 per hour
