The User Experience team is fairly new within the Openreach Technology organisation so this role is critical in helping us establish user led rather than business led design practices across the Openreach IT functions.

This role will work across our large IT estate, partnering with the business and engineering teams to drive the adoption of our new Openreach design system and design standards, whilst championing a UX mindset and practices. They will also support some high level design ops activities, introducing, owning and tracking our design measures as well as managing the backlog of demand for the team.

The main responsibilities include:

<li 335552541="" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-level="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-font="Symbol" data-leveltext="" data-list-defn-props="{">Supports in brainstorming, conceptualising, and iterating as needed, including workshop facilitation.

<li 335552541="" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-level="1" data-aria-posinset="4" data-font="Symbol" data-leveltext="" data-list-defn-props="{">Creates low and high-fidelity designs, prototypes, user flows, interfaces, interactions, and overall experiences via mock-ups and diagrams, in accordance with design best practices and brand guidelines to bring our design standards to life.
