Overview
As a Software Developer with AI Expertise at Alcerno Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will be responsible for creating intelligent software systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics to drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional software development and advanced AI methodologies.
Duties
AI-Driven Software Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions that incorporate AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Work on AI models, algorithms, and frameworks to enhance the functionality of existing software or create new AI-powered applications.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other software developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized AI solutions that address their specific challenges.
Research and Innovation:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into the development process.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI techniques and tools to evaluate their potential application within the company’s projects.
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Work with large datasets to train and validate AI models, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines that support the training and deployment of AI models.
Software Integration and Deployment:
  • Integrate AI models into existing software systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operation within the client’s infrastructure.
  • Develop APIs and other interfaces to allow easy access and interaction with AI-powered features.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet the required performance benchmarks.
  • Implement debugging and error-handling procedures to maintain the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven applications.
Documentation and Training:
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and software code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on the use and implementation of AI solutions.
Project Management and Reporting:
  • Manage AI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Regularly report on the progress of AI projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience – preferred
Previous experience in AI/ML development, ideally within an outsourcing or consultancy context.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools like Pandas, Num Py, and SQL.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
