We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our team to help the GM and in directing daily business operations.
The Supervisor should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The Supervisor must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the GM.
Responsibilities:
Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
-Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
-Delegating daily tasks.
-Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
-Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
-Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
-Setting a good example for staff
Additional responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Write guests food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.
