The role
As a Support Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play an essential role in maintaining efficient operations and providing administration support.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

• Be The Communication Hub – Keep everyone in the loop with timely updates and clear communication.
• Champion Training & Compliance – Keep training records accurate and support the team in meeting all compliance requirements.
• Manage Essential Resources - Handle the ordering and distribution of stationery, workwear, PPE and other essential resources.
• Track Progress – Monitor tasks and deadlines, supporting the team in meeting key milestones.
• Provide All-Around Support – Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth efficient operations.

This role is part time and based onsite at RAF Cosford. This role is 24 hours a week.

Essential experience of the Support Administrator:

• GDPR control over documentation and personal information.
• Proficient in IT skills including all aspects of Microsoft office or equivalent.
• Stakeholder engagement experience.

Qualifications for the Support Administrator:

• 5 A-C GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent).

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
