Support Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting Technicians across the country
• Treatment of physical mould in homes
• Full use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (provided at all times)
• Carrying out air tests in our clients’ homes before and after treatment using provided air testing equipment
• Communication with clients on the day of treatment, explaining the process where required, answering any questions they may have and being their point-of-contact throughout the day
• Punctuality at all times and clear communication with customers’ where extenuating circumstances arise which would result in lateness or other unmet expectations
• Periodic communication with the sales staff at Head Office who book the jobs
• Solving any problems that may arise quickly and efficiently
• Keeping resources and materials topped up through inventory audits and placing orders with Head Office

• Approachable and professional when customer facing
• Ability to work independently whilst remaining driven and focused
• Ability to understand and follow previously explained technical processes
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Ability to prioritise and organise
• Attention to detail
• Documentation skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Full Driving License (preferably clean)
• Experience with practical work desired
