The Role!
Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Melksham area!
As an agency Support Worker you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services across Wiltshire.
At this particular service you will be supporting three service users with learning difficulties. The service users may also exhibit behaviors that may challenge.
You will promote choice as your number one priority to enable you to support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
Understanding that each individual has varying needs, you will follow support plans and adjust your support accordingly, to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centered care to each individual enabling them to live life as they choose.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping with their daily routines, or assisting to go shopping and attend appointments, and access the community and social activities.

This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability. The shifts are ad hoc covering staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays for our clients.
