The Opportunity:
As part of our growth for 2024, we are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of projects throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard welding and fabrication support within the workshop team.
• Operate general workshop tools effectively.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong initiative and time management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Min 3 years welding experience
• Previous experience in MIG welding process
• Experience working in a fabrication environment.
• Competence in operating general workshop tools.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage work load to meet project deadlines.
• Good Communication skills with the ability to work within a team structure, as well as working on individual projects with minimal supervision

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience in reading, interpreting and fabricating from CAD drawings
• Current Forklift license
