Main Responsibilities:
Ø General welding & fabricating
Ø Read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Ø Work within a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and
initiative
Ø Complete any special projects as required. May be assigned to other areas of Operations, based on business or customer requirements. .
Ø Observe all legislated H&S regulations as well as
established workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
Ø MIG, TIG & MMA Welding experience
Ø Experience of welding all types of material including stainless steel, mild steel, etc
Ø Ability to read and understand technical drawings essential
Ø Fabrication experience essential
Ø Ability to work as part of a team and own initiative
Ø Practical understanding of safe methods of work
Ø Candidates will undergo a welding test as part of the selection process
which will allow them to show their capability
Ø Overtime & Site Work may be required on occasion

33 days holiday per annum
Summary
As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be essential in constructing and assembling metal structures and components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will involve utilizing core skills in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, along with fabrication techniques to ensure high-quality outputs. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools will be vital in executing precise welds and fabrications. By leveraging your basic math skills and assembly experience, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.86-£16.75 per hour
