As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking multiple evening shift Welder/Fabricators to join our professional and highly productive welding team. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-end bespoke strength equipment to a high standard.
This shift is a four day working week with 10 hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and a 9 hour shift on Thursday giving you a long weekend every week!
You will receive all the tools and training necessary to achieve the required WGE standard.
Your duties will include:
· Welding ‘kits’ (box, bar and plate work) into finished products of varying sizes and complexity using the diagrams provided.
· Use a range of tools (grinders, saws etc) to prep and finish.
· Keep your work area and tools clean and tidy.
· Lifting and moving large items.
· Inputting your hours into our spreadsheet.

Experience:
· Minimum 2 years recent MIG welding experience.
· We do also have opportunities for newly qualified welders.
Working Hours: Four Day Working Week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:
10 hour shifts 5pm-3am 45mins of paid break
Thursday:
9 hour shift 5pm-2am 30 mins of paid break
Opportunities for working overtime on Fridays at time and half dependant on company requirements.
Pay:
Pay rate dependant on outcome of weld test - £14-£16 per hour with 30% evening shift enhancement.
£16 per hour = £42,182.40 with enhancement.
