Argus Professional Storage Management is hiring a Part Time Assistant Property Manager at a self-storage facility in Phoenix, AZ. Storage experience preferred, but not required. Joining our team means working with some of the most experienced and dedicated self-storage experts in the industry. Our main focus is developing our employees and providing all the tools necessary for a successful career/future in property management. Training and open-ended support is provided for all of our employees.

Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00-2:00 pm

WHAT OUR ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS DO:

• Manage the day-to-day operations at the facility
• Work closely with the Property Manager on operational needs
• Assess, Showcase, and Fulfill Rental Agreements with New Tenants
• Maintain Tenant Accounts and Delinquencies
• Maintain Interior and Exterior Facility Appearance and Cleanliness
• Assist in Growth and Development of the facilities metrics
• Meet and Exceed Operational Standards
• UHaul Rentals

This position includes all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, the use computer software programs, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making business decisions, reconciling receipts, following lien procedures, and printing/interpreting of facility reports. Our Management Team depends on our employees to achieve property needs and goals, dependability is essential.
