WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Assist the team in leasing and resident renewal efforts.
Post and reconcile payments to ledgers.
Send out any late notices as required by the lease and Nolan policy.
Process all residents for eviction as required by Nolan policy.
Complete all month-end reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Strong Assistant Manager experience at ‘A’ class or luxury sites is required. (2 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong customer service skills
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Solid understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws
Ability to work some weekends and evenings
Experience with Yardi
