Business Development Manager
PART TIME & CONTRACT

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients, and fostering relationships that align with our company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of our services and target market, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential client segments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and identify areas for expansion and growth.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients in areas such as academic admissions, business registration, and visa support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for new and potential clients, guiding them through the service offerings and addressing their specific needs.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions, business organizations, and other relevant entities to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Develop collaboration agreements and joint ventures that enhance our service offerings and market presence.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and increasing brand awareness.
- Participate in the creation of promotional materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify and approach new client segments who can benefit from our services, such as international students, entrepreneurs, and businesses looking to expand in the U.S.
- Develop a comprehensive client acquisition plan that targets both domestic and international markets.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with educational institutions, businesses, and organizations that can refer clients to us.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on client acquisition activities and outcomes to ensure we are meeting our business growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education, immigration, or consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Job Type: Part-Time.
- Working Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 30 hours per week depending on workload and performance.

- Expanding Our Client Base:
- By identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to attract potential clients, the Business Development Manager will help us increase our client base, which is essential for the sustainable growth of our business.

- Developing partnerships with educational institutions, business organizations, and other stakeholders will enhance our service offerings and allow us to reach a broader audience.
- Improving Sales and Marketing Efforts:
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns will drive engagement and conversion, ultimately leading to increased revenue.
- Enhancing Client Satisfaction:
- By acting as a liaison between the company and clients, the Business Development Manager will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, leading to higher satisfaction rates and repeat business.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
Schedule:
