Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced attorney to collaborate with us on a contract basis. The primary role of this position is to offer legal support to clients referred by USLAW Group LLC who are seeking immigration and other legal services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in U.S. immigration law and be able to handle cases related to visa applications, residency, citizenship, and more. This role is contractual, based on client referrals, and offers the flexibility to manage your own caseload while working in conjunction with our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultation and representation to clients referred by USLAW Group LLC in the field of immigration law.
- Assist clients with visa applications, residency petitions, citizenship applications, and other immigration-related matters.
- Advise clients on legal issues related to business formation, compliance, and regulatory requirements as needed.
- Work collaboratively with USLAW Group LLC to ensure that clients receive high-quality legal services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case progress.
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Extensive experience in U.S. immigration law, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, E-2, and family-based immigration petitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- This is a contract-based position. The attorney will not be an employee of USLAW Group LLC but will work on a referral basis.
- Compensation will be provided based on the number of client referrals and the services rendered.
- The attorney will be responsible for all legal work associated with referred clients, including case management, client communication, and filing.

- Flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your own schedule and caseload.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
