We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Representative in the legal industry, located in Blue Ash, Ohio. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be expected to handle a significant volume of outbound calls, maintain strict confidentiality, and utilize a variety of software to track information.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of outbound calls to gather information and assist with a consumer class action matter.
• Use legal software such as Aderant and Adobe Acrobat to track information and manage cases.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained throughout all interactions.
• Use skills in auditing and claim administration to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) and other case management software to manage customer information.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and issues, providing high-quality service.
• Perform billing functions and calendar management tasks as needed.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software
• Ability to assist customers efficiently and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service
• Experience with auditing and billing functions within a legal setting is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively manage calendars and scheduling, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities
• Demonstrated capability in claim administration, including processing and tracking claims
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills are needed
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
