We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Anaheim, California. The role primarily revolves around supporting administrative tasks in a busy office environment, with a heavy emphasis on phone-based communication. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and requires someone with experience in various computer programs and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of inbound calls, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Support fellow team members in managing incoming calls and ensuring no calls are missed.
• Follow up on voicemails and ensure all calls are returned in a timely manner.
• Schedule inspections and provide callers with available time frames, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry to help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
• Utilize various accounting software systems to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure all information is up-to-date.
• Resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and policies.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on Answering Inbound Calls
• Ability to perform various Clerical Duties
• Proactive and efficient problem-solving skills
