Work is performed under administrative supervision. Perform specialized complex clerical work and/or a wide variety of clerical services requiring independence, judgment, and initiative in determining office needs, prioritizing and organizing work, and in determining the appropriate action to be taken. May oversee office activities and support staff and/or may coordinate large/specialized projects or events. Latitude to determine methods of performing the work, using judgment, and setting priorities for a wide variety of clerical processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduation and three (3) years progressively responsible office/administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving Criteria is required.
Position Details:
This position is located in Juneau Alaska. This is a part-time, term-funded, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
